Penn Treaty Liquidation Sought By State Insurance Regulator (Bloomberg)

Oct. 2 (Bloomberg) — Penn Treaty Network American Insurance Co. , the provider of long-term care coverage to 120,000 customers, should be liquidated because the company may not have enough assets to pay obligations, Pennsylvania’s insurance regulator said.
